This is what you will need to start with...good communication skills – oral and written, able to inspire and lead a retail sales team, good computer skills, sound time & priority management skills, solid planning skills, store merchandising and presentation skills, a knowledge of retail tile sales would be a strong advantage but not essential, and exceptional customer service standards as you will be the person setting the standards for your team.
