All personal details supplied to Sales Image to aid in the placement of candidates into employment will be maintained in an electronic contact management database. Candidate personal application details will be maintained confidentially in our system until requested, in writing, to remove them or after five years, whichever comes first. All care will be taken to keep all personal details confidential and will only be used by Sales Image management and staff in the delivery of their duties and services. Your details will not be forwarded to potential employers without your agreement. All communication with candidates will be by way of clearly identified Sales Image communication media and no unsolicited emails will be send by Sales Image, should you receive any purporting to be from Sales Image, please contact us immediately.
Please note that our computers are protected with security and anti-virus software from software suppliers to protect client's details from damaging attacks from unscrupulous people and all emails to and from clients are screened before and after being allowed to contact computer systems. The Sales Image web site which you are currently interacting with is maintained by another professional company and all efforts are made by this company to protect your computer systems from attack.

All client details are maintained in our business systems to allow for the delivery and marketing of Sales Image products and services to business clients. Business email addresses will be maintained in our electronic contact management database for ease of communication to clients along with company addresses, telephone numbers, and discussion notes. Other business details such as ABN's and company invoice details will be maintained in our accounting system. Only business details relevant to the servicing of our clients are maintained and are kept strictly confidential and are only accessible by management and staff of Sales Image. We may at times send you details of coming events and services we have available, all communications will be on a Business to Business relationship.
