Sales Image have predominately two types of Mystery Shoppers, they are...Telephone Phone-In Mystery Shoppers and Walk-In Mystery Shoppers, you may even qualify to perform both services.

Phone-In Mystery Shoppers will telephone client's business to assess the individual performances of staff, as Walk-In Mystery Shoppers actually walk into client's premises to assess staff responsiveness and skills.

If you would like to be a Mystery Shopper then forward a letter detailing your past experiences in Mystery Shopping or why you believe you would make a great Mystery Shopper, additional training is provided in using assessment instruments.
