


Over the last few years Sales Image has created a very effective type of advanced training called SI Sales Coaching. The basic process has been around for some time but we have developed it extensively for various sales applications and industries in a way that gains exceptional proven results.
Who can benefit from Sales Coaching?
Almost anyone within an organisation who is in a customer service role, retail sales role, or external direct sales role can benefit immensely through the application of tailored Sales Coaching. The training & development needs are assessed on an individual basis by a highly experienced sales coach who will then design and apply tailored training sessions to the individual, then assess the individual progressively through the coaching sessions to ensure that the learning objectives are being achieved. The Sales Coach builds a close relationship with the individual assisting them every centimeter of the way by working closely with them to reach their full potential.
How
does it work?
If a person does not have the necessary customer service or sales skills to perform their role effectively then they need to be trained to a benchmark standard. Some individuals may have the skills but have difficulty in applying them on the job. It may be caused by a number of factors but most of them come back to two main categories.
The person is either having difficulty due to an unwillingness to apply the skills or they have gaps or missing links in their minds hindering them from applying the skills to the job effectively. SI Sales Coaching addresses all these issues by direct on the job customer service or sales coaching. This means time is spent on a one to one basis in a coaching role teaching the individual not only the skills but how to adapt them to on the job for maximum results.
Why is
the individual development so effective?
It recognizes the individual’s current skills level and the on the job training is presented in a Mentoring role tuned to the individual’s needs, this is the optimum for training experienced adults to a specific role, results are proven and tremendous.
Why is it so cost effective?
Because the training & development package is highly flexible and adaptable to the various differing needs of individual staff, it makes it cost effective. The package comprises a fixed number of hours that can be varied to suit individual staff development so if, let's say, Jane and David needs more assistance than the other staff member, then we can adjust the hours to suit accordingly. What level of packages are available?
There are a number of packages to choose from…
Package 1. Allocation - 5 Hours of Flexible Training & Development.
Package 2. Allocation - 10 Hours of Flexible Training & Development.
Package 3. Allocation - 30 Hours of Flexible Training & Development.
If some additional hours are needed then these additional hours are billed at the same rate as the selected package. If the hours grow to the next package level then that Package Fee is applied.
Please Note: The
allocations are for time only, should any there be any additional travel
expenses outside of Brisbane then these expenses would be charged back to the
client at Sales Image cost.
How do I
know what is happening and how my staff are developing?
A complete Training & Development Report is constantly being updated and presented back to management on a regular basis in meetings. As the Owner of the business, or the Manager, you will know everything that is going on with your staff and, of course, you will be regularly consulted and will have direct input into the direction of the individual’s development.
Can this
program be applied to Management?
Yes, the same process can be applied directly to Management as well; individual business management, sales, and or marketing skills development can be applied in exactly the same manner except perhaps at a much higher technical business level.
