Auto Recyclers/Dismantlers Sales Training Course
The aim of the course is to develop sales personnel of Auto Recycling/Dismantling yards to a very high standard in the art of professional selling, thus creating the Sales Professional of the future, today. Setting new standards of Customer Focused
Service as an outcome. The course has been developed in consultation with members of the Auto Parts Recyclers Association of Australia (A.P.R.A.A.) and the Offices of Consumer Affairs - Queensland. We thank Mr. Graham & David Joseph of PHW Auto Recyclers, Stapylton - Queensland, and Mr. Wayne Roberts of Logan City Auto Recyclers, Kingston - Queensland, for their constructive input into the development of this training course. Results from this course have improved sales, higher profits, better customer service, and higher staff retention.
